He promptly responded to my inquiry with a free and timely estimate which did not change at the time of service. On the day agreed upon he arrived on time and even called on the way to announce his arrival. He did a fantastic job and took the the time necessary to ensure that each window was cleaned to perfection. His prices were more than reasonable (and I priced 3 other outfits) and it was worth every penny. He went over and above and he has a customer for life!
